Cabernet Sauvignon is grown around the world in many climates and regions including France, Chile, USA, Australia, Italy, South Africa and Argentina. CABS are full bodied wines with dark fruit favors and savory tastes. New World Cabs are often fruitier with flavors of Black Cherry, Licorice, Black Pepper and Vanilla while Old World Cabs have a more earthy taste like violets, tobacco and graphite along with the black cherry and licorice. Taste about 10 Cabs from different countries and find out which ones you like best. HANDOUTS have lots of wines along with those you taste tonight. Cost includes snacks to enjoy before and during the Program, Bottled Water (1/person), coffee and a Cold Buffet (meats/ cheeses/fruit/veggies) served around 8:30pm. Find out why CABS are so expensive and loved by wine drinkers around the world.
