      This summer a group started with seniors who spend the winter in Florida and do arm exercises twice a week using 1 or 2 pound weights. Others joined in and they found they felt better and were able to able to lift their grocery bags better. This is a great group of people who enjoy getting together and exercising. Come to a session and you can use our weights until you decide to purchase your own. This is a great way to exercise in the winter.
