Shamanism is the ancient form of self-help (think yoga without the exercises) that assists your personal growth and emotional health and relieves everyday stress. It allows you to access information and resources not readily available with other methods. It’s popular today because it works for people of all ages in all walks of life. Shamanism looks back at the Paste to give strength in the Present and a path for the Future. Tonight is one of our favorite Journeys – Peruvian Whistling Vessels. Adding the rhythmic sounds and melodies makes for a very unique and heightened experience. Music stirs a personal response in each of us and can greatly enhance the experience. Everyone age 18 and up welcome. No previous experience needed. First timers and veterans together make for a community feeling. Herbal Teas, Coffee and Cookies provided.
