Welcome to Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga! Expecting and new moms will be guided to safely stretch and strengthen their bodies with gentle yoga poses.
We’ll also use mindfulness techniques like guided breathing and visualization to help manage stress.
Prenatal and postnatal yoga supports mothers through every stage of pregnancy and early motherhood by promoting physical strength, flexibility, and relaxation. These gentle practices help alleviate common discomforts, enhance mindfulness, and foster a deep connection between mother and baby.
Newborns are welcome!
